Subconscious Reprogramming 

The subconscious mind drives 95% of the way you relate to the infinite world around you.

 

This mechanism is there to protect you from perceived threats or painful experiences. It gathers its information from past experience and drives the way you interact with the world, according to its historical parameters.

So you may be aware of uncomfortable feelings, phobias, insecurities or areas which cause you distress - or you may be experiencing the way your physical system goes into fight or flight for reasons that don't seem to make sense, you might be doing all the right things:

- working with your belief system,

- being aware of negative self talk,

- practising self-love,

- embracing gratitude,

but still feel stuck.

Trying to solve these types of issues via the conscious mind alone can yield frustrating results.

We can ‘know’ logically that people and events are not out to cause alarm .. but this knowledge doesn’t seem enough to relieve the anxiety, fear or repeating patterns that seem to hound us.

Think of your brain as a sophisticated computer. From birth to age 7, it's programmed with your most emotional experiences.

 

This programming informs your view of how you fit into the world around you, how you are received by others, how you find your way in the world financially and how you will be treated. ​

Even after the age of 7, traumatic events can and do - mould your subconscious programming.
