HEALING  

When your inner child comes forward for healing, you can be sure to expect a deep release, from previously felt insecurities, fears and especially issues around relationships and love can dramatically recede.

An inner child healing session takes you on a journey of deep healing and self acceptance.

Inner child work is deeply emotional and can secure lasting change, especially around relationships with yourself or others.

By mending the relationship and parenting the inner child with love, true self integration can occur, and we can finally feel whole and complete.

Maybe you have noticed that your emotional reactions sometimes exceed your aspirations, or perhaps you experience disappointing relationships with yourself or others?

 

Perhaps your fears hold you back from going after your dreams or alternatively you may often feel that the love you carry is difficult to express?

 

Before the age of 7, a child is unable to conceive that a parent or caregiver could possibly be wrong.

 

This is because the child depends entirely on the caregiver and it would be too scary to believe that they are flawed.

 

As a result of this, the child will deeply blame themselves for any trauma they are experiencing.

Whether it is being ignored by a parent too busy with work, or experiencing direct abuse, the child will develop a story within, and the story tells them that the reason is them.

 

These beliefs will remain in subconscious acceptance all the way through adolescence, adulthood, and into the present moment.

 

Inner child wounding affects our ability to connect authentically with ourselves or others.

 

Together we can work with present experiences or specific memories.. to find your wounded inner child and lovingly provide healing and release from the burdens the child is carrying.

 

Our aim is to restore the elements of joy, trust, play, and creativity, removing shame, blame, or feelings of worthlessness.
